Custody & Operations
For COMPANY_MANAGED vehicles, the Host hands custody to DriveLux Mobility Private Limited which operates the vehicle from a designated hub.
Responsibilities
Operational handling, bookings, handovers and day-to-day management are performed by the platform. Maintenance, expenses and insurance responsibilities are as set out in Schedule B.
Earnings & Termination
Host earnings, deductions, vehicle return and termination terms apply as configured. Disputes follow the Grievance Redressal Policy.
